What weather where you are, how many miles a year do you run?

Michelin Defender, 185/65R14, 80k miles, All-Season -- Excellent tires, but if you don't do at least 15K miles a year the tires will rot before you wear out the treads.

Me?   I only run 5,000 miles a year, in So. Cal. where I don't do "cold" -- I would get the cheapest I can find, like https://www.walmart.com/ip/Achilles-ATR-K-Economis...

The same size tires that came with it from the factory from a leading brand.
