Wiring generator ?

Hi can somebody tell me if this it wired properly please

    Hi,

    That's a terrible picture.  Can you provide more/better ones?

    Telling us what country you're in would help a lot too, as wiring conventions differ from one country to another.

    let's guess that you're an American, shall we?  do this:  find a three prong cord that has one of the blades wider than the other.  hold this up next to the bit you're working on ... the wider blade on a 110v plug is the neutral [white].  the round one is the ground [green], and the remaining one is the hot wire [usually black or red].

    There is NO generator in that picture and how you wired whatever it is can't be seen in the photo.
