why is coconut water so expensive?

    Because it is fashionable and tredy and If mugs will pay the high price WHY NOT!

    It's  hardly in short supply as thousads of Hectars of land is being ripped up to grow Coconut Palms.

    Also there are loads of By products to be extracted from the waste!

    They taste good and You should try mix Coconut water with carrot juice taste gorgeous

    Because coconut's are not that plentiful. It's not like they grow on trees or anything. Oh, wait....

    because you need to crack a whole coconut and empty it for just a little bit of that water. You need several coconuts for one gallon of that water. It is much easier to mass produce normal milk than coconut milk because of this.

    Are you buying organic and on the internet (therefore also paying for shipping) ?

    I recently got pint size cans of Goya coconut water at Walmart for 25 cents US.
