A repertoire class in a world class ballet school would be a class in learning repertory of the professional ballet company that the school is affiliated  with.

Note: Repertoire is often learned in variations classes as well as pas de deux classes but that is not always part of the ballet company repertoire.  Obviously if this is world class ballet school that isn’t currently affiliated with a ballet company, the repertory taught will reflect that.

Generally the girls and guys have separate variations class where they learn solos. Then in repertoire they learn choreography where all the dancers are onstage at the same time in a group, (corps de ballet pieces). Then in pas de deux class, the guys and girls are paired off and practice dancing with eachother. But different schools might teach variations, and pas de deux within a repertoire class also.
