Can you drive from Serbia to UK?

If yes, are there any taxes that have to be paid?

Sort of. You can drive a truck to the UK. You can drive a car to France and then have a train or a boat take it from France to the UK. (Because of the limited number of vehicles that can drive through the Channel Tunnel, only the trucks are driven and the cars go on a train.)

This has what to do with taxes?

Yes. There are toll roads you must pay to drive on, and there may be border checks, but no taxes other than any taxes on anything you purchase, including fuel. From France, you can drive onto a ferry that takes you to the UK, or your car can be put on a train that takes the Eurotunnel.
