Will you help when a team mate looks busy with his own task?

Or you don't help unless they need ?

That's not called help.  It's interference where you do not belong.  If he ASKS for help, then it would be help.  Otherwise, you have your own job to do and that's where your focus should be - minding your own business.

Yes, always. That's how my work operates. We're very cooperative.

I'd ask if they needed a hand, if my work was under control.

Only if they're overly busy and they need the help.

    What a stupid question.

Probably not help unless they ask for it, but it depends on the situation. If they seem visibly frustrated with their task, then I would offer help. Otherwise, I would be worried that I would interrupt their train of thought.
