Can I sue my realtor over my noisy neighbors?

My realtor introduced me to this property I bought but failed to warn me that there are noisy neighbors in the condo above.  I feel the realtor was responsible and failed to disclose this upon sale.  Can I press charges?

Oh--was your realtor living there before you? Because that's the only way a realtor would know if the neighbors were noisy. Get a life. You can't sue over something like this.

No the realtor is not responsible, and you have zero chance for a successful suit.

No. The realtor has no obligation to disclose, and likely does not even know about it.

Only a prosecutor can 'press charges'. No crime has been committed.

You can sue but you won't win.

First talk with neighbours and your realtor. You shouldn't think about suing everyone who offend you in some way. I know sue culture is very common nowadays but try to avoid such hassle whenever you can.

Where & for what?  A realtor's ONLY job is to sell a property.  If you didn't want to have to deal with neighbors, then you made the lousy decision moving too close to neighbors.  You can't blame her for your stupidity.

You certainly CAN, and also call the Trollville police to have the realtor arrested and send to Trollville jail
