What degree can humans still touch (in heat) you know that feeling that it almost burns but it doesn’t yet, it’s just reallllly warm. Also what degree (cold wise) burns you? When does cold actually burn. What degree does heat actually burn you? Please give me both Fahrenheit and Celsius if possible please.

There is no real answer to this as each person will have different tolerances. It also depends on how exposure occurs. If sudden, you will get different numbers than if gradual. Humidity makes a difference, air temp makes a difference. Also, touch will be different than body exposure.
