Is maker's mark a good whisky?

    Good as compared to what? Good tasting? That is a preference.

    It's an okay, middle shelf, Kentucky straight bourbon. It's aged for around 6 years.

    It'll do. There's no rye in the mashbill, so it's easier on the palate.

    A very good bourbon. So is Knob Hill, for my money Evan Williams Black is perfectly suitable.
