Can you still ovulate without getting a period?

Yes, women can ovulate without having a period. The truth is that you don't need to have a period to ovulate and conceive. Ovulation is the period when your ovary releases a mature egg, which then moves down to the fallopian tube and becomes available for fertilization.

In most cases, if there is no ovulation - there is no period.
If you are not getting periods - then you are either pregnant or you are not ovulating.
A period can happen without ovulation.
But ovulation that does not result in pregnancy will cause a period to happen about 14 days after ovulation.

Not if you're in good health. You know that periods come after ovulation, right?
