    Depends on the file and whether you mean hardware or software.

    Since you posted in "painting" --> photo/image editor, graphics pad, mouse.

    For me, it's got to be the humble claw-hammer. Versatile, dependable and useful in so many ways. An added bonus is that if you ever accidentally hammer a bunch of nails into your computer - as I have! - you can pull them back out again using the claw bit of the hammer! Great tool. Hope this helped with your unintelligent, bot-like question.
