The water comes right out of thin air.  That is how Mother Nature designed it.

Have you heard of rain? In many cases it comes from someone using a Sprinkler or Soaker.

In the day the heat makes the air vaporise and hover over the area in the old days the smoke from fuel and its deposits too and In the cool evening it would descend as fog some very toxic in cities with factories now it turns to frost or liquid droplets as dew

You mean in the morning? It’s called dew. It’s condensation that forms on surfaces overnight, particularly in the last couple of hours before sunrise.
