Not on USED vehicles.  Just what came out of the factory NEW and it is a reoccurring problem with many of the same make and model car.  Meaning the manufacturer messed up.  If it a mechanical breakage that only happened on your vehicle because you decided to go ditch jumping(only you do that sort of thing) then that is YOU breaking your toy.  Has nothing to do with the manufacture of the vehicle as the other 10,000+ other vehicles are not suffering the breakage you are suffering. One, does not make it a Lemon.  500 is indicating something is wrong somewhere. and it is doubtful all the drivers did the same thing. So the car is the problem.

No. Only a few states do, and Utah isn't one of them.

The Lemon Law applies to new cars under warranty and was extended in 1990 to also cover new leased vehicles and motor homes. The Lemon Law does NOT apply to used vehicles.
