Do I have a hernia?

There is this tiny bulb like thing in between my groin and inner hip. It doesn't hurt really but was wondering if I should be worried.

Perhaps what you are describing is an inguinal hernia. Hernias normally don't hurt unless the contents of the sac become strangulated and become necrotic. First, you have to observe if the "tiny bulb" is only visible when standing up or when you are lifting heavy objects or even bulging when you cough. In most cases, hernia bulge disappears when lying down. Second, if it doesn't reduce its size when lying down, observe its color. Normally it is just the same as your skin color, however, if it is blue or black and painful that means it's already an emergency and you need to see the doctor asap.

Inner hip ?  If you mean inner lip then it's probably the clitoris a normal body part.

Turn your head and cough.  Oh wait, it doesn’t work on a computer.

You need to see a Doctor in person.

hernias only occur in very specific areas, whether yours is in the area is impossible to say, only an exam can answer that

Just keep an eye on it, and if it starts growing, go see a doctor.
