Why are Burgers in commercials being described as Juicy? It makes no sense?
like the burger isn't juice, I've never had a juicy burger, its not liquid and juicy should be liquid. did someone one day look at a burger and think that it could be described as the liquid that comes from fruit like WHAT IS JUICY?
Also the grease that comes from squeezing a burger is NOT the juice AND SHOULD BE DESCRIBED AS BEING GREASY not juicy!

They call it fruit juice because there are many kinds of juice, not just the juice from fruits. When discussing meat, juicy is the opposite of dry. Most meats are not good dry. Dry chicken is almost inedible. Dry burgers aren't so great, either. I like a burger with a little juice running out of it. Animal flesh DOES contain water, you know.

It's just the opposite of "dry", which most people don't care for in a burger (it doesn't taste as good or as fresh).

Chicken breast is dry, burgers are juicy.

It's one of those terms (like "fun size" for SMALL candies) ad agencies made up to make the products seem somehow better than they are, like "crispy" (as opposed to the real word "crisp") and "craviest" (not a variation of a word at all)

I think you misunderstand.....juicy vs dry and tough.
