It is an HOUR a whole 60 minutes worth of adjustment. Doubtful you will notice during your vacation.

ONE day is all most need to adjust.

What is of more concern is your normal wake up and to bed time will change and the time you eat your meals will be different. You make this difference seem like a day to night shift in eating and sleeping.

Think for a moment. Is your wake up time, go to sleep time,, time for lunch etc down to the exact minute everyday. You never wake up a little early or sleep in a bit?

Have lunch early or late on a day?

Much ado about a minor thing.

You won't have a problem at all. 1 hour is insignificant.

Where are you traveling from? If from Bucharest, you'll hardly notice it. What might be a bigger problem is that people don't eat dinner in Spain until 10 pm, at the earliest. The nightlife doesn't start until after that.

Yes, that's what I was asking. Especially with the time difference.

You won't need to "adjust". You won't even notice it.

There is "jet lag" that you will need to recover from depending on how far you are from Spain.
