  • One of the major unhealthy parts of it is a protein deficiency, so make sure to eat some protein from things like tofu, lentels, or peanuts.

and grass. Broccoli actually has more protein per calorie than steak and other vegetables like spinach has the same amount as chicken

A vegetarian diet isn't necessarily “unhealthy”. Any diet can be healthy or unhealthy depending on what's in it.

It’s not unhealthy , it just makes you so f***ing boring . Just going on and on about spinach quiche will never make it more tasty than a bacon sandwich,

Your answer makes my point. You have to justify it all the time. Boring !

It's not unhealthy. A human being does not NEED meat. They need a balanced diet--and that can be eaten with or WITHOUT meat.

Vegetarians are not better people than meat-eaters. And they can be as bad as meat eaters sometimes. But if you follow a sensible vegetarian diet, you will be as healthy as anyone who follows a balanced diet that includes meat. The key word here is SENSIBLE.

A vegetarian diet is not unhealthy, provided the individual finds appropriate substitutes for their meatless diets.  Many vegetarians around the world live healthy lives because they are eating nutritious meals and their bodies are still receiving all the necessary and valuable nutrients in order to function at optimal capacity.

It's not necessarily unhealthy. Most vegetarians continue to eat eggs/dairy products so they get vitamin B12, complete protein, DHA....

Some research shows that vegetarians live longer than the general population. But they have to pay attention to every bite they put in their mouth to get the nutrients and calories that they need.

It's not unhealthy. It CAN be unhealthy...like any diet can...if not managed thoughtfully so that it includes a full range of nutrition. It's a fine, healthy diet if you do it in a balanced way and read up a little bit.
