A really good blender, a really good food processor. maybe a grinder for nuts and seeds if the food processor or blender can't do it.

A good chef's knife for chopping lettuce, cabbage, spinach, broccoli.

a serrated knife or a really sharp knife for tomatoes

a few smaller sharp knives for avocado, apples, pears,

    maybe a juicer.

Same as what anyone would use, except maybe a meat grinder and a carving knife, and clearly you won't need anything to cook in. I can't think of any kitchen utensils that are specific to a raw vegan diet.

down into a large standard five gallon bucket. Also meat grinders depending on the setup, can also be used for the grinding of some types of vegetables, So those also aren't totally useless to a vegan.
