If you have nothing better to do with your time then there is nothing wrong.Nobody cares what you do with your life anyway. They just react when your life interferes with theirs. If you keep to your business and stay out of everyone elses no one will bother you.If you are a recluse it is best to find a home isolated from other people.

Yes, you should also have a good meal or two, some physical exercise, and bath

No, there's nothing wrong with that.

Just be sure to stop every hour or hour and a half, to rest and re-focus your eyes.

There's nothing wrong with reading a great deal, so long as you don't let it get in the way of other things you should be doing.
If your home is a filthy mess, you aren't bathing or even getting dressed in clean clothes, you haven't gotten any exercise in weeks, and you're living on Pop-Tarts instead of meals, then yes, it's wrong.
But if this is what you're doing for entertainment while others game or stream movies and TV, you're just fine. Enjoy!

"Is it wrong to read a whole book in a day?"
Why on earth should it be?
"Is it wrong to read e-books at all, rather than actual BOOKS?"
I think so, but I might be in a minority.

I certainly hope not, because I've been doing that a lot lately... lol. It's an enjoyable way to pass the day while being confined at home because of the "stay at home" directive.

Not at all. I have got through 25 in the last three weeks (real and e-books).
