Does sexual anhedonia also include the inability to feel pleasure from any part of sexual activity (foreplay, intercourse, masturbation)?

No, not exactly.
One still has physical sensation that could be pleasant, just as it can be pleasant to have any other part of the body touched, but is either unable to orgasm or derives no real pleasure from it.
