How is meat and dairy bad for your kidneys?

How can protein (meat) and calcium and vitamins (milk) be bad for your kidneys.

    Its not bad for your kidneys however like anything you can over do it.

    one must drink lots of water

    throughout the day to flush

    the kidneys

    too much meat can cause too much ammonia during digestion which is bad for the kidneys.

    It can be bad for your kidneys if you have kidney disease, not bad for your kidneys in general. It gives you an explanation right in the article:
