Is it normal to not be in pain during workout?
Good evening, so today I did an upper body workout. I worked out my arms and I felt plenty of burn, but when I was working my waist and stomach I didn’t feel much burn /: I must say I broke a sweat doing the waist and stomach workouts because I was using dumbbells. Is it normal not to feel any burning but sweat, and does that mean I didn’t burn any fat? Thanks for helping.

The answer is yes. Just because you don't feel muscle pain as much as it did at the beginning doesn't mean that training won't do you any good. ... As you go through the physical change, the DOMS shrink and generally you will stop feeling them completely within a dozen workouts.

No, it doesn't mean that.
