Poor circulation? What might be the cause?
So, my body is awful at regulating temperature. I'll go from freezing cold to burning hot within a few minutes. Any time I'm relaxed, sitting for awhile or laying down, my feet become ice cold. They don't lose color or anything, just freezing cold. My hands become cold pretty soon after. If I'm sitting at a computer, my hand on the mouse gets cold. Drawing on a tablet? The hand I'm using gets cold. Its more annoying than anything but I'm wondering if there'd be a specific cause for it or if there's any reason to worry? I'm a fairly active 19 year old girl. 5'7 and 150 pounds (in case my weight could be a factor)
I forgot to add, if it's my hand, for example, I'm using a computer, my arm gets freezing cold from the elbow down, not just my hand. Only my feet ever get cold like that, not my legs

Frpm Chinese physician's point of view, it maybe due to poor blood circulation. Some people just have cold hands.
Taking chicken soup or ginseng soup may help.
You may wish to see the doctor.
Do you have a balanced diet? Do you eat healthily?
