Lower back pain - any advice?
A couple of days ago i pulled my back doing the plank, couldnt really move after it, or the day after. The next two days i can now walk, with pain. I just noticed my hip is majorly leaning to the right, i was paronoid yesterday thinking one leg was longer than the other, everytime i walk it feels uneven. Is it a waste of time going to the hospital? I am not sure if it is a slipped disc or if my body is leaning because of the pain. Its also worth noting i pulled a muscle in the right side of my abdomen tho i never noticed any lean then.

Do NOT go to the hospital. I agree that you might want to call a local chiropractor's or physical therapist's office to see if they are seeing any patients.
You've got a muscle spasm/pull. It isn't likely you slipped or herniated a disc doing a plank. When you strain a group of muscles your body tries to compensate for that and you could start to limp. You may have gotten your pelvis out out alignment.
Watch these videos to see if any of the information rings true for you. Slowly try some of these stretches. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdCClhtKH2Q

Maybe go to a chiropractor (if they're open because of the virus), they're trained in knowing all about bones and muscles. Maybe it's a simple fix they can do, realign your everything, work out those muscles.
