Problems with my erection ?

Hi guys on Friday night (3 days ago) I masturbated. Possibly for way too long as I was erect for nearly 2 hours. I woke up the next day and it was swollen. Since the swelling is completely gone however I am unable to get a full erect, only half way there. Any advice? I only 22

    Why did it take you two hours to ejaculate?  A young guy should be finished in minutes, not hours.
