    So that they don't complicate things. Canceling Wrestlemania is a extraordinary thing for WWE and it will potentially mess up other scheduled PPVs.

    There was no audience, you could only watch from home, so it is still social distancing

    Because social distancing is only a suggestion and not a requirement. They could go ahead with it even if it wasn’t a good idea because they knew people would still buy tickets and show up. Money money.
