It's another way of saying that courage doesn't mean you're not afraid; courage means you do what you need to do in spite of being afraid.

If you do something that you have the ability to do, there is nothing remarkable about that. What is remarkable is when people who objectively appear not to have the ability to do something nevertheless find a way to achieve an objective.
