What would happen if two people have COVID-19 and are quarantined in the same house and can't go anywhere?

Update:

They both have the same virus.

Pretty much the same thing as if each person lived alone,

except that together they could help each other get through it.

Someone would bring groceries to their door step.

Then they stay together, and not infect others. Eventually one of them will fight off the infection, and hopefully soon after so will the other person, right.

Then they stay together until both are completely non-infectious and clear of any disease. This should be a no-brainer.

They are both infected, so they can't infect each other.

Depends if they are male or female, hetero or not... and whether their personalities can deal with each other..

And it depends if one gets really severe symptoms while the other does not. Keep in mind there are MANY people carrying the virus with little or no symptoms.

They both will hopefully recover and have antibodies to protect them from future infections (or reduce recovery time the next time they catch it.   It isn't yet known how long antibodies last).

Oh, why is this in the PlayStation room?

Nothing happens. They stay in the house. Lots of people are in that situation now.

Then they should just stay there and only ask for help if temperatures don't come down after 10 days, or if they really can't breathe. They should not leave for help if they need it, they should phone an ambulance.
