I have disposable contacts, how do you determine left or right eye contacts?

My eye doctor gave me test runs for contacts and they were disposable, he labeled on pack R and the other L. But now since I purchased the real deal there is no way I can determine if one pack is R or L.

You should have got the dispenser to write on the pack, just try a lens if it’s in the wrong eye you’ll know immediately and be able to put it into the correct eye without any issues.

If you have a copy of your prescription, you should be able to compare the "numbers".

    "O.D."  is Right

    "O.S."  is Left

Otherwise, you'll need to contact Kaiser.

so you mean to tell me, the place you got them from, sent them unmarked ? I find that hard to believe....tell the seller...
