Why do atheists constantly play word games rather than provide support for their claim that gods do not exist?

Produce your proof and we will stop believing

Evidence that contradicts the suposed existence of the biblical story of an all-knowing, All-good, All-powerful creator is well diccumented and publicly available with a short while of googling highly educated sources.

It is out there. Free. Dont come asking us who are mostly not the experts you ought to hear it from directly.

You are looking at this all wrong. Nonexistence leaves nothing to share and is not a claim but the default when there is "nothing" to be had. Life on this planet grants the "possibility" of other life in our universe. We can reasonable and rationally "claim" a possibility of other life exists because there is "something" to make that claim with.

When it comes to existence or "possible" existence, there should be "something" to claim possible or actual existence. Theists "claim" existence but don't have the support that actual existence would leave to make such a claim. Agnostics claim possible existence, but unlike the life on this planet that grants a "possibility" of other life, they also don't have any "good" reasoning to support the possibility of magical, nature defying, super Beings.

The only "claim" that atheists make is that we are still at the default state of nonexistence because theists and agnostics have failed to supply "something"  reasonable to support the possible or actual existence of these magical Beings. Atheism is the only position that is not a claim, it is the rejection of two claims, the claim of possible existence and the claim of actual existence because neither can reasonably support that claim.

While nonexistence does not leave anything behind, we can "reason" nonexistence. For example, we can reason why square circles are nonexistent due to the impossibility of contradicting terms. So does the concept of God contradict certain things we can already know about existence and in fact it does. All complex existence can be traced back to simpler beginnings with no examples to the contrary. This means all existence comes from simpler beginnings, not more complex existence, where even if we create something, it's always one piece at a time, over a period of time. There is no other way to come to complex existence other than a series of simple steps over time to get there. This is one major contradiction to the concept of beginning with the most complex existence that magically bypasses this natural order, thus the concept of God is impossible.

Knowing about the natural order of complexity allows one to more than just state we are still at the default of nonexistence with an open ended possibility that something might be discovered in the future to be able to move to agnosticism or theism, it allows one to claim gnosticism on the atheist side. While I only gave one major contradictions to the concept of Gods, there are indeed many, many more contradictions to the point that some theists become ex-theists when they recognize them.

You are correct to criticize atheists who claim that gods do not exist.  However, it would be wrong to criticize atheists who make no such claim but claim only that they do not believe in god.

Because they know that they have nothing.

Now be nice. You know very well that there is no such thing as evidence of non-existence, of anything.

Atheism is not a claim therefore does not require proof. It’s religious nut jobs who initiate their stupid “god” claims which makes them think that atheists are the ones who started it all but that’s not the case. I don’t play word games. Religious nut jobs don’t show physical evidence to support their ridiculous claims because they are delusional idiots. Atheism is common sense and logical thinking that religious nut jobs fail to understand. Common sense and logical thinking is how the conscious mind works.

I don't particularly care whether YOU believe or not.  Why not show us an atheist "missionary"?

And it sure is funny how all you YA christians choose to post your whines and beliefs anonymously.

For the same reason(s) Theists play word games rather than providing support for their claim that gods exist.

Produce your proof and we will start believing.

To claim "There is no God." or "God does not exist." is to claim to be God; to be omniscient.  You would have to know everything to know 'God does not exist'.

God says He has made His invisible qualities - His eternal wisdom and divine nature - PLAIN to every person through what has been made; so they have no excuse.

They call God a liar by saying there is no proof; that’s slander against The Most High. How will they escape being condemned to hell?

If you don't believe what God said... that everyone without exception knows He exists.... that means you dishonour Him by not believing Him. You are also calling Him a liar if you believe what they say, that they don't believe in Him.

  • Because they have no evidence of proof, just atheist dogma dear, which they preach over and over and over and over until they believe it's true.  The problem for them is that not everyone is that stupid, dear.

Another reason is because they are internet trolls, dear.  They know they're wrong, and just want to spit hatred, cause strife, and be rude to kindly people who simply urge others to trust in God and love one another, dear.

I preach over and over that I do not believe in God, and I am absolutely sure without a shadow of a doubt that I do not believe in God, dear.
