    You would be in close contact with potential buyers, any of which may ( knowingly or unknowingly ) be infected with the COVID-19 virus.  

    You should be limiting, or preferably even eliminating, your direct contact with others.

    I can see no reason why anyone would have a problem selling a car during a corona virus.

    The issue is, does he buyer have cash? Do you trust them to test drive your car? You don't want to go with them because of the virus issue.

    As long as you get paid, it's not bad for you.   (Keep your tag unless it goes with the car.)

    not a good time to sell anything the low ballers will be out lots of others are hardly using their cars.

      You don't have to go to the DMV in order to sell a car. Registering the car is going to be the buyer's problem - not the seller's.
