Even when I was a big eater I would not pig out that much.

I think that turkey meat is unpleasant and very dry so I'd not want to eat any of it. I doubt anyone would want to eat a whole one unless it was for a dare or a bet. Such a person would be a fool i.m.o.

Turkey? No. Chicken? Absolutely, but only the dark meat. :)

Not in one sitting. If I had a whole turkey to myself, I would of course have some leftover sides to go with it. I would get probably two full dinners out of it, one or two smaller lunches. Then I would have enough sliced breast meat for several sandwiches, which can be frozen. The rest of the meat and scraps plus the carcass would go into making a huge pot of soup, which I would get a couple of meals out of and then freeze perhaps five or six containers.
That one turkey plus some sides would provide me with about two weeks worth of eating spaced out over several months.
