Is it still lying if I pretend to be someone else doing the the bad deed?

For instance, a friend asks me whether or not I have some toilet paper to give them. In this case, I do. But say I become an individual named Janet in that present situation, and claim no. I'm I lying even though it's Janet who is doing it?

I have some toilet paper. My name is Janet. But I won't lie about my toilet paper. But I won't give you any either.

The fact of the matter: Yes, a lie is a lie, no matter how you slice it. it always will be a lie, you can not justify telling a lie.

That's called multiple personality disorder. You probably should seek help with that.
