    International Transaction Fee would be my guess.

    Probably "International Transaction Fee". Also called a Foreign transaction fee or currency conversion fee, usually ranges from 1% to 3% of a purchase amount.

    International ATM fee, often $1 to $5, may be there for using an ATM network in another country. Plus a percentage of the amount you withdraw.
