What do you think of the food they serve at weddings?

It would all depend on what the food was and who made it. I do find the weddings that are small, and just have family and friends bring the food have much better food than one that has been catered.

Yeah! like a 'pot luck', that would be good, home made offerings are tasty and varied.

Since food served at weddings varies greatly from wedding to wedding, I don't mind it.

Nowadays, this could be anything. Maybe people do still cater with the "chicken or fish" option, but to save a buck, so many more are doing buffet style, brunch, or planning their receptions from 3-6pm to avoid serving a huge meal. This is what I did, and we just got "heavy" snacks/appetizers, if that's what you want to call it; pulled pork sliders, cheese and crackers, fruit, egg rolls, mini wraps, all our favorite things, but not heavy enough to be a full meal, per se. Our food was probably the most disconnected out of the whole wedding, LOL, no set theme or cuisine, just whatever people wanted, they got. But people loved it; no leftovers, so money well spent.

I don't mind the sit down thing. Some carters are quite good. I just think it's a waste of money. My cousin spent $12,000 on her caterer alone. That's 3 times what my whole wedding cost!

It totally depends upon what type of food it is.

Not sure because they take it before you've ate it.

    Good.  I liked them.

My selections are either Chicken or Steak, never lobster or fish.
