a) acceleration = Δv/Δt = (4-0)/2 = 2 m/s²

b) deceleration = Δv/Δt = ((2-0)/3 = 0.67 m/s²

c) total displacement = area under the curve

Depending on shapes we divide the area in 4 different shapes

area under the curve = ½(4*2) + (4*2) + ½(2*2) + ½(2*3)

total displacement = 3+8+2+3 = 17 m

Your third term in (c) is wrong. It should be 3*2 (or ½(4+2)*2). I get 21 m.
