    Lemon curd.

    Lemon meringue pie.

Grated zest can be frozen in little ice cube trays, when frozen, pop out of moulds, put in a bag to be used individually as you need it.

Also,  frozen lemon slices can be used in drinks to double up as a 'cooler' & citrus 'lifter' to your glass.

Or they can be dropped in a cup of lemon / ginger tea.

Lemon loaf cakes or lemon muffins [undecorated] freeze well.

In high school we used to make this drink called rocket fuel.  Using the juice of about 10-12 lemons, and some of the cut up lemons with it, in a pot heating it up a little and dissolving a bag of powdered sugar with it, then adding a fifth of vodka, strained over ice.  When you drink it, the name will make sense.

First, look up a recipe for Lemon Curd. A bit of trouble, but the best way to preserve. Or, you can zest the lemons and freeze the zest, and juice them and freeze the juice. Try freezing the juice in ice cube trays, the putting the cubes in a freezer bag so you can use as little or as much as you need.

You could juice them and freeze them. Then youd have little cubes of fresh juice for marinades or to flavor your water whenever you want.

Lemons are precious a fruit. Maybe you could just have a lemon stand. Instead of lemonade, just hand out lemons.🍋

Or through them over the fence.

what if you juice them, then freeze the juice for use later in recipes. Same thing with the zest. then you always have it on hand ready to use, and have the time to find recipes you might like. one i like that uses some lemon is avgolemno soup: https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/avgo...

Also lemon pie is good: https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/world-s-best-l...

How about you give them to other people if you have more than you need.

Somebody obviously was selfish and bought more than they could use - which meant that other people went without.

    Shame on them.

    Lemon Curd.

    Lemon chicken

Shaker Lemon Pie. (very unusual recipe as it uses the entire lemon even the skin and pith)

You can juice the lemons and freeze the juice. Zest them first and the zest can be frozen as well.

You could make a jar of Preserved Lemons. (lemons and salt and they last forever)

Another suggestion..If you really have an abundance that you do not think you will use PLEASE donate to a local food pantry.

add Polish chrome, get rid of tough stains off marble (it works well), put some peel in a bonfire, log fire or on a barbecue to make its smell nice, put lemons cut side up in a dish in the bathroom or next to a litter tray to eradicate odours, add lemon juice to a humidifier, clean tarnished brass, make invisible ink, clean alluminium, use it to keep rice from sticking (do this by adding a couple of teaspoons to boiling rice and it works well)
