If I delete my photos in Google Photos will my photos in One Drive be deleted too?

No. Google Photos and One Drive are different platforms. Google Photos is owned by Google and Microsoft Inc. is the owner of One Drive. So, if you delete your photos in Google Photos, your One Drive's photos will not delete.

Google Photos is owned and operated by Google. OneDrive is owned and operated by Microsoft. So there is no communication between the two.
If you are concerned, pick a couple of your pictures on Google and make backups of them. Somewhere besides Google Photos. Delete the pictures from Google Photos. Then go over to OneDrive and confirm that the pictures are still there.
You will then have a definitive answer on whether deleting from one removes the pictures from the other.
