My dentist is Asian. Will it freak her out if she finds out that I haven’t had a cleaning in 3 years?

Dentists are used to stories like that. They know people hate to come in for a cleaning and exam.

She might feel concerned about that.

I'm not sure what being Asian would have to do with it.  I went in after not having a cleaning for perhaps 20 years.  The dentist was Asian, and didn't freak.  In fact, dentists in general are supposed to be calm.  They've seen the results of fights and car accidents, and horrible infections and abcesses.

Among the things a hairdresser or dentist should never say: "Oops.  Oh, no!"

if your dentist is Asian she will not care in any way, she wouldn't care if you leave her surgery with no teeth left, as long as she gets paid for her time

Not at all.  I have seen people in my Dentist's office with brown, ugly teeth from smoking.  No one should judge you or say anything. Race should have nothing to do with it.

Why did you mention her race? It has nothing to do with it.

I doubt she'd care how often you vacuum and clean the house ....it's none of her business .
