In Europe, employment is a contract and cannot be voided unless both parties consent I.e. you cannot be fired unless you consent or lawbreak?

American capitalists need to learn what consent is.

    I would rather live in a free country. 

    @armed and retarded worker- government is who imposes tyranny not employers.And have you stopped to think that employers are people too?

    Huh???? What an incredibly horrible system. If an employee does a poor job they can't be fired???? No thank you.
