Is a doc appointment for Zoloft checkup and refill essential during quarantine?

I've been prescribed Zoloft and am supposed to go back soon for a checkup and possible upgrade of dose but the last time I went the coronavirus situation was a lot less serious in my area and now I've heard that nonessential doc and dentist appointments are canceled and nurses take your temperature outside the doc office and give you a mask before you can go in.

I don't want to get sick or risk getting anyone else sick (I don't have symptoms and don't go out a lot but I know there is still a chance and a gap in time between when you start showing symptoms and when you contracted it) but I also don't want to run out of meds and my depression and anxiety get bad again and I've also been told that stopping abruptly can lead to withdrawals.
