WW2  nor the Great Depression, nor WW1......nor the CIVIL war......stopped elections.

    This damn sure won't either.

Doubtful. I think it will be a lot of vote by mail. plus I think the Dems are grooming Cuomo to jump into the race because Biden is a weak contender.

If the pandemic is over by then everything will return to normal.Odd how you never said a word when Obama held military drills in major cities and "mock" invasions all over the country.

He can't.  The constitution has no provision for elections to take place at any other time.

Legally, he can't.  The Constitution expressly covers the possibility that there will not be a winner of the election when the term ends.  If that happens, the Presidential Succession Act kicks in.  As the Speaker of the House would be first in line, you would have President Pelosi.

Additionally, elections are run by the states and the President has no legal authority to cancel them.  Several states are already set-up for a vote-by-mail election; so they will not be cancelling their elections.

    thats up to him

No, because if he does that, he loses the Presidency on the end of his current term (in January 2021) and Nancy Pelosi becomes acting President..

Nah. He would surely love to, but he hasn't got the cojones.
