Can I go to a dentist for emergency?

Im from NYC and a lot of dentist offices are closed. I was told months ago I needed two root canals, as well as a chip and wisdom teeth removed eventually. I tried to wait until I needed it and it has been so severe pain the last 3 days and another tooth was chipped on a seed today. My mouth hurts very badly. Can I get pain meds to hold me over until a operation?

Dentists have always worn masks and gloves when treating dental customers. It appears the dentist will choose to do their job if protected from close, body contact with customers.

Maybe you could call your dentist office and leave a message about this. Your dentist may be taking emergencies.
