Why nobody lawyer dont wants to represent the son who wants to sue his father ?

The son is 30 and the father is 60 . the father is accused of stealing personal data.

    Probably because the son doesn't have enough real financial damages and/or the father doesn't have deep enough pockets to pay a big award. Lawyers on such cases are generally paid a percentage of the award and when that's not going to be worth their time they won't bother.

    Lawyers generally won't take cases they don't think they can win.

    The shouldn't be a problem unless you want the lawyer to take the case on a contingency basis (you don't pay if you don't win). In that case an attorney is not going to take the case unless they are sure they can win it.

    He can sue in small claims, you don't need a lawyer. He can also report the crime to the police.
