is there a contingency amendment in the constitution to remove a president if he achieved dictatorship ?

if hitler achieved dictatorship in a democratic country, im certain its possible in the united states as well.

but what if a president achieved this ? what can the country do about it ?

i did not even think of trump when i wrote this question...      this can happen (and happened) in every country.   im asking about the united states.

for example: turkey allow the military arrest the government and replace it if the country becomes too religious.

Jack shirt. He has PROVED that it is impossible to impeach the president. His lawyer said "if the president thinks he is acting in the best interests of the country, then he is entitled to do so."

So, lets look at the current situation.

If the president decided that the best interest of the country are served by his declaring himself "pres-for-life" then he could do it and nobody could stop him without a civil war which would be a bad thing.
