How do I get the right VESA mount size?

I want to buy a VESA wall mount but I have no clue what my mount size is, my monitor is an HP vs17

    Just get one that fits a 17-inch monitor.

    • It's called vs17, there's also vs15 and vs13 but they are the same size

    Most VESA mounts are on modern monitors, they are 80mm x 80mm, OR 100 mm x 100 mm.

    The next consideration is Weight of the Devise.

    Look on the back of the device to be mounted. Determine that it has VESA mounting holes either or more usually both should be present.

    Then you weight the device.

    Finally you look to the specification of the mounting device, just take one that meets your VESA size, and capacity (weight) limit.
