Does house insurance cover mold and termites?

Like others have said every policy is different. However most policies will not cover things like that unless you have them specifically covered with an extra rider. And if it is even available, it's expensive.

Mold, possibly a small limit.

Most companies have a mold limit, possibly at $5,000. But that limit is not a guarantee. every mold claim is investigated to see if it will be a covered claim.

Not usually. Commonly you are covered for incidents that are sudden and accidental, not those occurring over some longer period of time.

Every policy is different. You need to read yours or contact your insurance agent.

It depends on the policy, many may not because they are accumulative issues.
