can paper money be hand washed?

    save money and use news paper, not cash

    Although it's called paper money, it's not like the paper you'd use in the classroom. If you were to get your composition paper, drawing paper, etc wet, it would fall apart and easily tear. But our paper currency is designed to allow it to get wet and not fall completely apart. So it's a more durable paper that can be washed, even survive in a washing machine when inside a pant's pocket.

    Sure. It is 25% cotton. You can also wash it in the washing machine ... happens quite often when a wallet is left in a pants' pocket. Lay it out to dry. No ironing needed.
