If I don't have carrots, will I go blind? Be honest because seeing is believing but maybe not the trees through the forrestt?

    Following off of what the other answer with carrots and eyesight being a myth. It's a myth that they improve your eyesight, however, they are a good source of vitamin A which if you are deficient of can make it hard to see in low light. Not to worry though vitamin A is in a lot of foods making it very hard to get to that level. If you don't like carrots you can also get vitamin A from eggs, mangos, broccoli, and many other foods including pumpkin pie!

    Carrots and eyesight is largely a myth put about to explain why the RAF were able to spot incoming aircraft during WW2, at a time when the government was trying to keep the advantage of radar secret from the enemy..
