How can I get my ID number without an ID? ?

I was robbed on the street and my wallet was stolen. I have no license or debit cards. I don’t have a passport. My local dmv is closed due to covid-19. The address on my license was old and in order to change the address so I can be sent a new license, I need my ID number. Also can’t get a new debit card without an ID. Someone help!😩😩😩

Think of somewhere that copied your ID or license or at least wrote down the number (maybe somewhere that you rented a car or cashed a checked) . Ask them what the number was.

    You sound like a troll.

You've conducted your life into a calamity.

    You can't go anywhere.

    You can't do anything.

You arranged it to be this way.

    So?

    Stay home.

Your local DMV is closed but they are still accepting phone calls.   Call them and ask them how to get your ID number.  It would help to know what state you live in.

Should have changed your address when you moved with the DMV, like you were required to. We don't know your ID #, nobody here can help you.
